My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The location was wonderful, just a couple of blocks from Union Square and very convenient for exploring the city. The rooms, however, were disappointing - small, dirty, and with issues like a leaking AC that made it uncomfortable. The staff, while generally nice and helpful, didn't handle the room problems well.
